Relopix's Terms & Conditions

Relopix (relopix.com) is an online Sports Betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Relopix and its users.

By using the Relopix website or mobile app, you acknowledge the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are using this platform of your own free will.
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to comply with all Relopix policies.

Relopix reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

To create an account on Relopix, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Registering with false information will result in account termination, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Information required at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active Mobile Number
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Mobile banking number (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)

Each user may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed. Relopix may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification purposes.

Deposits and withdrawals on Relopix can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit — transfers to a different number are not permitted.

Before placing a bet on Relopix, please review the odds and conditions for each match carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain special circumstances.

Key betting rules to be aware of:

• The minimum amount per bet is ৳50.
• Maximum bet amount may vary depending on the event.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, Relopix's decision is final.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Relopix monitors all suspicious betting activity. If unusual betting patterns are detected, the account may be placed under investigation and payouts may be withheld.

Relopix offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the relevant bonus page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• After claiming a bonus, withdrawals will not be permitted until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• The same user may not claim a bonus offer more than once.
• Relopix reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Relopix platform:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

Relopix reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• Identity verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious betting activity is detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• The user has submitted a closure request.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the registered mobile banking number; however, bonus balances will not be refunded.

Relopix is not liable for the following:

• If a bet fails due to loss of internet connection.
• Disruption of third-party services (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
• Account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues.

Relopix is always working to improve service quality. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or an error-free experience. In the event of any technical issue, Relopix will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
